Jared did the walk to the VG in the tunnel two times today. He would prefer the outdoors but when the weather doesn't cooperate he can still exercise.

Run Jared Run! You just keep walking my friend and building your strength. It sounds like you are doing everything with such committment and determination. It must be exhausting on so many levels. Take your time to rest. You will have plenty of time to welcome friends when you are ready. You have become somewhat of a celebrity you know. So many people turn to your blog daily to watch your progress and cheer you on. I know I do.
The weather should start getting better hopefully soon and you can get hoofing it around Halifax.

The weather outside is frightful but the fire inside your heart is delightful....this fire will keep you going each day as we all walk with you every day to make you feel our spirits within you...it was cold for us here too but I did walk on the treadmill yesterday for you...keep going Jared and wyou will be home before you know it!!!!!!!
