Mealtimes are not a problem for our Jared. Other than him having to wait until the hot food becomes coolier, he is doing great. He can drink and feed himself the puddings but needs help with the main meal. We went out and acquired some of his favourite puddings, jellos and applesauce to have on hand. When he wants to eat he wants it immediately!
At the end of the day, and many times throughout, we let him know how much he is loved.

Hi Jane and Gary,Wasn't able to check the site for a few days so I was quite pleased with all the wonderful progress once I did.High Five....all the way around. Still on our minds and in our prayers day and night. Jared's progress is like a 1000 piece puzzle it can't be put together all at once, it's one piece at a time and sometimes you need alot of help with some of the pieces. Moms and Dads were always good with that.Take time to rebuild yourselves and time for laughter. We love you all...Thanks for all the updates. Cathy, Michael and Sterling.

It’s hard when things happen to the ones we love. I was thinking to myself of how hard it is for you and Jared and I couldn’t even begin to think of the hardship, But when I see all the great posts on here I think, they are not thinking about the grief in all this, they are thinking of how strong their son is.
