Jared found out about this blog today and asked if we could submit this tonight:
"Hi everyone. I went to the museum today. My Therapeutic Assistant took me to the Museum of Natural History which is located across the street from the hospital".
He looks forward to scheduled visits with his friends once his strength fully returns.

What a great day you must have had-I remember that musuem alot as we all went there with Coldbrook School a few times...and there was always March break where the lines where so long but the kids had a blast..so glad you got out today Jared-now just make sure you get your much needed rest and sleep..
Jane and Gary-wow that must make you smile from ear to ear-its amazing what little accomplishments that we witness are so huge and fantastic to read about..cant wait to hear what Jared does next....keep the faith and the great love you give to Jared and remember you are always in our prayers and thoughts every second of the day..

Gary, I somehow think that I have been forever replaced as your favorite nurse....I guess I will get over it. Ha ha. It sounds like there is a wonderful team working together to help Jared heal. They probably have grown to love you and Jane and Jared as everyone else that you have touched does.

This is such a wonderful piece of news to get. I check this blog daily to get your updates and it is so great to see the momentum going in such a positive direction. My hat goes off to the developers of this site and to Jane and Gary for faithfully keeping us up to date daily on your (Jared's) accomplishments. You are doing fantastic keep up the great work in recovery and along with the wonderful hospital staff and such wonderful caring parents. You can do what ever you put your mind and heart into. Your sea of supporters goes alot deeper and wider than you could ever imagine.
